To help develop inclusive teaching.
Ask students to set themselves three individual goals for the module- what do they want to achieve, what might they want to improve upon? Negotiate these goals so that you and the student ensure these are manageable. Make a point as the module progresses to review these if and when appropriate. This ensures that you can scaffold your sessions to foster both individual and social processes and outcomes.
