With a colleague, see if you can identify any AfL (Assessment for Learning) strategies that you have used recently. Between you see if you can reflect upon to what extent: (a) was learning made explicit? (b) were learners encouraged to be autonomous? and (c) was there a focus on genuine learning (as opposed to performance simply to gain marks)?
