Group work is a vital component in your learners’ journeys. Consider the ways in which you can help develop constructive group work and discussion.
Record your learners while they are engaging in a group activity. At the end play it back to the class and have them discuss the ways in which they worked together. Was there a definite leader? Was anybody particularly helpful or unhelpful? How could they improve their interactions in order to yield greater results?
