In order to help you reflect on the way students work together in small-group activities you can ask them to consider their own contributions.
Use a self-assessment exercise to focus the reflection of your students. The resulting discussion can help you reflect on how you could develop and support small group working. To support this process the following questions could be useful:
How well did I try to include others?
How well did I listen to other people’s ideas?
How well did I express my feelings?
How well did I share my feelings?
How well did I show respect for other people’s ideas and feelings?
Did I ask questions?
Did I use an appropriate level of voice?
Did I disagree with others without putting them down?
