To monitor and place in perspective your own feelings about staff relationships.
Probably the best way to do this is by keeping a diary. This does not have to be an elaborate, time‑consuming one, but simply a personal statement of how things have gone and of how you felt. Be mindful about writing about your own feelings rather than critiquing others, and keeping your journal locked away or password-protected on your computer, etc.
