How should you act? To whom do you feel you should be accountable? Think about your students, employers, parents, colleagues, your principal or chief executive, local or national government, the media, inspectors and yourself. Discuss this with a colleague and identify where you pay most attention. Is this different from what your manager or students expect of you? Are there tensions in meeting different expectations and how do you try to resolve these?
