To reflect on the influence of beliefs and related assessment practices on learner identity and self-efficacy.
Think about two contrasting individuals you know well (one of whom may be yourself) and consider whether there is any evidence that how they regard themselves has been shaped by their beliefs about learning and ability, and/or assessment practices they have experienced.
Reflect on the influence you may have on the identity of young people or adults you know by what you say and how you respond to them.
