Evaluating curricular provision

A reflective teacher is one who clearly understands the intimate links between the processes of planning, teaching and assessment. 

Systematic and open evaluation of lessons is key to developing as a teacher, as Hattie’s work has shown, and the lesson study approach suggests practical ways of framing this in collaboration with colleagues. On this, see:
