To develop your reflective commentary on teaching achievements and expertise


Reflection

Once you have gathered evidence of your teaching you need to analyse and reflect on it. Consider the following three examples of how to structure your reflective commentary. Choose one example that best suits your discipline and current context. Write a reflection that could be included in a forthcoming promotion application or in an application for a teaching award or citation of some kind.
