To analyse and reflect on your management of specific behaviour.

Evidence and reflection

As a diary entry record an incident when you were managing the behaviour of a particular pupil. Note as accurately as you can recall what happened step by step. What did the pupil do? What did you do? What was the outcome? How did you feel? How do you think the pupil felt? What do you think caused the incident? Could you have anticipated it? Could you have prevented it? Was your strategy effective? With hindsight would you change what you did?
