Reflection

Reflect back on a significant piece of learning from your own undergraduate degree, and what you remember about yourself as a student.  Recall what happened.  To what extent were your values, attitudes, responses, prior knowledge taken into consideration by the teacher in this episode? How might your teacher have helped you more effectively?

In the light of your current thinking about teaching, how might you have acted had you been in the teacher’s position?
